Varun is a high-performance Strength and Conditioning Coach, Sports Scientist, and Educator with extensive experience working with athletes at all levels, from grassroots to Olympic competitors. With a background in Sports Science from Harvard University and ongoing studies in psychology, he integrates scientific principles with practical training methodologies to optimize athletic performance.

His expertise lies in movement biomechanics, injury prevention, and sport-specific conditioning, ensuring athletes develop strength, speed, and endurance while minimizing injury risk. He has worked closely with elite athletes, designing data-driven training programs that enhance on-court agility, power, and recovery.

Beyond coaching, Varun is also a professor and educator, teaching at multiple universities, including IIT Madras. He is committed to bridging the gap between academic research and practical application, helping the next generation of coaches and athletes effectively apply sports science principles.
